Any current resident of Chester County who meets eligibility criteria may register for services. The ID Intake Officer is the 1st person to contact.
The Intake Officer explains the information needed to decide if the individual is eligible for ID services, and guides applicants through the application process. When a person is determined eligible, the Intake Officer meets with the individual and family to explain services and funding options.
