The Chester County Tax Claim Bureau will be holding a judicial sale on December 11th, 2017 immediately following the Continued Upset Sale in Room 5102 of the 313 West Market Street Building. Registration will begin promptly at 9:30 a.m. at the doors to Room 5102. The Judicial Sale List will be advertised in the Daily Local News at least 30 days prior to the sale. The Judicial Sale List may be obtained for $5 per copy at the Tax Claim Bureau, located in Suite 3602 or via www.chesco.org following the advertisement. As a reminder, 10% of the sale price must be paid at the time the final bid is accepted and the remaining balance must be paid prior to 3:30 p.m. the same day. All payments must be in the form of cash, cashier's check or money order and payable to the "Chester County Tax Claim Bureau."
