The Chester County Employment Application takes approximately 30 minutes to complete. Fifteen minutes of continuous inactivity will cause the application to close and your information will be lost. Please allow enough time to complete the application in one sitting.
If you are currently employed by the County of Chester, you must submit a Transfer Request. Do not submit an employee application.
You must attach a resume and/or other appropriate documentation at the end of the form by clicking the "Attach Resume" button.
If you do not have access to a computer, there is a public kiosk located in the Human Resources Department at 313 West Market Street.
Upon receipt of the application, your credentials will be reviewed. If you meet the requirements, your application will be forwarded to the department for which you are applying. Due to the volume of resumes we receive, we are unable to personally contact every applicant.
