Featuring sheep shearing, farm animals, wagon rides, artisan demonstrations, tractor display, plant sale, craft & food vendors, entertainment, kid’s activities & more!

Only hand-made craft accepted. NO pre-packaged or commercial items permitted.

  • To Apply: Please read the Craft Vendor Guidelines & Policies. Complete the application form and return with payment to: Springton Manor Farm, 860 Springton Road, Glenmoore, PA 19343 by Friday, March 9, 2018. We request that vendors new to Chester County Parks events also submit a picture of their vending display.

  • Fees & Notification: $50 per space. Checks payable to Treasurer of Chester County. Vendors will be notified of status by March 23. Vendors whom the County determines would not be appropriate for the event will have payment returned.

  • Vending Space: Space is approximately 20 x 20 in open grass field in the main event area. If you require more width or depth, please purchase additional space to accommodate your needs. To evenly distribute booth placement, an accurate description of your display is required. There is no access to electricity.

  • Set-Up: Booths need to be open by 11:00 AM. Staff will be available 9:00 – 10:30 AM to assist with your space assignment. You may drive to your space to unload, but your vehicle must be moved by 10:30 AM to the parking area. Vendors are asked to operate until 3:00 PM. We do not offer tables, chairs or protection from the weather.

  • Anticipated Attendance: 3,000 – 4,000
