Brothers Wanted in West Chester Homicide Captured in Philadelphia

Tyrell Jacobs and Timothy "TJ" Jacobs, brothers who were wanted for a homicide in the Star Social Club in West Chester on April 10, were captured last night in Philadelphia.

Charges Filed in West Chester Murder, Two Defendants Wanted

DA Tom Hogan and Police Chief Scott Bohn announced homicide charges against Tyrell Jacobs and Tim "TJ" Jacobs for the murder of Eric Brown on April 10. Both of the Jacobs are at large and are considered to be armed and dangerous.

Homicide in West Chester at Star Social Club

DA Tom Hogan and Police Chief Scott Bohn announced that there was a homicide at the Star Social Club. Shortly after 9:00 p.m. on April 10, police officers responded to a 911 call and found the victim Eric Brown, age 26, with a gunshot wound to the chest.

Valley Township Employee Embezzles Over $250,000 from Township, Claims Shopping Addiction

DA Tom Hogan announced the arrest of defendant Donna Groff. She spent most of the money buying clothes, jewelry, shoes, and other items online, claiming that she had a "shopping addiction." She has been charged with felony theft and related offenses.

Murder Charges Announced in Death of Infant in Chester County

DA Tom Hogan and the Coatesville Police Department announced murder charges arising from the death of a 5 month old infant. Defendant Zion Isaiah Shockley was charged with 1st degree murder and related offenses for causing his infant daughter's death.
