Right-to-Know Requests for Chester County Water Resources Authority
To help slow the spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19), Chester County is operating essential services only until March 30, and CCWRA offices will not be staffed during this time. We will respond to inquiries as quickly as possible after we return to normal operations.
The Right-to-Know Policy, instructions and Request Form found on this page are solely for requests to the Chester County Water Resources Authority. Any requests intended for the County of Chester must follow the procedures posted on the County of Chester's Open Records Law web page.

You will be charged a fee for all copies you request. Copies will not be provided until you have paid the applicable fee. A fee schedule is included in our Policy.
Certain documents and information from the Chester County Water Resources Authority may be available for open request. Please contact the Authority to confirm whether or not a Right-to-Know Request Form is required for your inquiry prior to submitting a Right-to-Know request.
