The Intake Unit helps our clients through the 1st steps in the Domestic Relations process. Clients may walk in between 8:30 a.m. and 2 p.m., Monday through Friday to meet with an Intake Coordinator. No appointments are necessary.
No legal representation is necessary. The Intake Coordinator will discuss the case with the client and assist the client with all paperwork necessary to initiate a support action. If the defendant’s address is known, the Intake Coordinator will schedule a support conference and notify the parties. If the defendant’s whereabouts are not known, the Intake Coordinator will gather information to be entered into our automated locate system and used in finding the defendant.
