To Apply: Please read the Craft Vendor Information & Policies. Complete the application form and return with payment to: Springton Manor Farm, 860 Springton Road, Glenmoore, PA 19343 by Friday, June 8, 2018. We request that vendors new to Chester County Parks events also submit a picture of their vending display.
Fees & Notification: $50 per space. Checks payable to Treasurer of Chester County. Vendors will be notified of status by Friday, June 29. Vendors whom the County determines would not be appropriate for the event will have payment returned.
Vending Space: Approximately 20 x 20 in grass field in the main event area. If you require more width or depth, please purchase additional space to accommodate your needs. To evenly distribute booth placement, an accurate description of your display is required. There is no access to electricity.
Set-Up: Booths need to be open by 10:00 AM. Staff will be available 8:00 – 9:30 AM to assist with your space assignment. You may drive to your space to unload, but your vehicle must be moved by 9:30 AM to the parking area. Vendors are asked to operate until 4:00 PM. We do not offer tables, chairs or protection from the weather.
