Resources for Children with Special Needs

pinkgirl.jpg
Some children are born with special conditions, such as prematurity, Down’s Syndrome or PKU. Other children can experience special health conditions and developmental delays as they grow. Early identification of a problem is most important. Parents know their child better than anyone else and are more likely to identify concerns which should be addressed promptly.

This page is offered as a resource guide of services to assist in finding help for children with special needs. The Chester County Health Department does not endorse any particular listed agencies, but hopes that this resource guide will offer choices of available services to individuals and families.
